This resort hotel was planned for Phu Quoc Island, about 40 km offshore from the western end of southern mainland Vietnam. Resort development has been increasingly active in recent years, and land around the plan site is also being developed as a resort area. Phu Quoc Island has the only beach in Vietnam with a view of the sun in the west. To make the most of that advantage, 34 villas and restaurants are arranged around the axis of orientation from the hotel buildings towards the sea. The design, which created a number of rises in the landscape, is reminiscent of the character of Phu Quoc Island, which is said to have 99 mountains and hills.
