From July 28 to 31, 2025, we hosted a “Children’s Office Visit” event at our offices in Osaka, Tokyo, Nagoya, and Kyushu, inviting employees’ children to visit the workplace. The event included office tours and hands-on work experiences.

The purpose of this initiative was to help families better understand the nature of our employees’ work, strengthen the bond between employees and their families, encourage communication among colleagues, and contribute to the development of our corporate culture. Many children were able to learn about their parents’ roles and the work carried out at our architectural design firm.
