Visualization Stimulates Communication

The “Mitoshiro Creative District” has numerous features that create an environment that stimulates communication, which was the objective of the relocation project. The east side wall was replaced with glass to offer a place of interaction with the community, while the ground floor can be fully opened, gently connecting the outside with the inside.

We have promoted “visualization,” including the work areas on the second and the third floor, with glazed meeting rooms and (semi-opened) terrace spaces separated by vinyl curtains.

“Previously, I had hesitations to go to different floors without a specific purpose. We did not know what the people on the other floors were doing. But in this new office, there are encounters with a lot of people, which is inspiring and makes us exchange information naturally”.

As seen in the above comment, visualization enhances internal communication and contributing to create new relationships.
