By providing a platform for their success at our office space, we aim to nurture designers who can proactively create connections with society and grow under the influence of our company culture of “freedom, autonomy, self-governance, independence, and self-discipline.” The ground floor space is largely open to a side street, creating a communal space for the locals. This space connects to the work areas on the second and third floors through open stairs and circular walkways, transmitting the atmosphere and activities. By renovating and reusing a building from 1966, we demonstrate effective ways of reducing embodied carbon and attaining ZEB Oriented certification. We also use digital technology in our systems and improve productivity with biophilic design. These efforts showcase the future of offices and workplaces. Through community connections and integrating city walkability, we aim to foster cultural growth and contribute to societal change.
