Kitamoto City Hall & Children’s Center

This project was planned as a three-story low-rise government building that will be in harmony with the good residential environment of the area. We proposed a community government office in which functional and spatial linkage with the existing adjacent Cultural Center and its associated Children’s Plaza (children’s hall) would foster diverse intergenerational exchange.
