Citizen Plaza Fukuchiyama

This is a compound public facility planned for a site in front of JR Fukuchiyama Station, combining a library with lifelong learning functions. With its open facade, which exploits is location in front of the station, it aims to serve as a “living room by the station”, providing diverse places for occupants to spend time in, so that they will find it easy to get together.
