It is always in the nation’s top class in terms of number of surgeries, and it is used by many patients from the whole country, because of its shorter hospitalization periods and rapid recovery times. “Refresh mind and body for an easy return to normal life,” in “a facility where visiting patients, working staff, and everyone else can be happier.” We worked on the concept of “a relaxation hospital for staying 2 days and 1 night.” The composition has a separate role for each floor. The first floor is for outpatient and examination departments, the second floor is for wards, the third floor has three large operating theaters of around 100 m² each, and the fourth floor has large meeting rooms for seminars and other events. The exterior has sweeping white eaves and vertical lattices, and the base color for the walls is a bright beige.
