Free address workplace facilitating a paperless

In a free address workplace, keeping things controlled and organized is vital. The current staff locker size per staff is 188 mm (width) x 408 mm (depth) x 323 mm (height). Due to limited storage space, the new office required a shift in each staff’s awareness of ownership and storage.

Architects prepare numerous drawings for each project, but with the new free address workplace, we have promoted paperless. Converting all hard-copy drawings and documents to PDF has eliminated long lines at the copy machines and significantly reduced the amount of printing. The traditional paper-based work environment has undergone a significant transformation. Physical models are stored in a specific storage, and anyone can access them as shared materials.

Sharing items, information, and space contributes to creating an open and transparent environment.
