A regenerative perspective 3 — Ecological Design —

Our goal is not only to minimize environmental impact but to create buildings that foster positive cycles between people and nature—a true “coexistence” with the natural environment. To achieve this, we integrate two major design approaches in our projects.
One addresses the external environment, using tools like natural and urban environmental simulations of heat, daylight, wind, and acoustics. The other centers on the internal environment, applying strategies related to embodied carbon, IoT-based energy management, and occupant well-being. By combining these approaches, we pursue ecological design that supports Net Zero Energy Buildings and carbon-negative outcomes, as well as the use of local resources, energy, waste materials, and eco-materials—offering ecological value from multiple angles.
