“New Tsukishima”: The blessing of the community’s thoughts and the accumulated years

The high-rise section has a slender form to reduce its visual impact, while the low-rise section has a base modeled on the height restriction of the surrounding district, to harmonize with the street environment. The first floor nurtures a sense of unity in the facade, using an irregular layout of slim columns that matches the varied frontage widths of the stores.
