Achieving value with deliberate management in the new business base

This is a business facility complex planned for the Futaba-no-sato Zone 5 of JR Hiroshima Station North redevelopment project. The project intends to create a base to appeal Hiroshima and a new space for bustle with a recreation plaza “Ekikitare St.” in the middle of the three buildings, with the nature of Futaba-yama (Mt. Futaba) in the background. For this business project, our company was responsible for the schematic design and PM, and by examining the potential business balance, proposed the building volume setting of retail, office, hotel, etc. and the application of NSC method for MEP as assistance for DB contract. After detail design phase, we focused on coordination with “facility management operators”, administering architecture design with detail design company and contractors for improved architectural quality. We succeeded in leading the business to prosperity by pursuing the benefits of the client through multilateral management, including overall schedule and cost as well as pursuing functionality and environmental efforts.
