Creative Lab for Innovation in Kobe

This is a rental laboratory space equipped for the enrichment of research environment at KBIC (Kobe Biomedical Innovation Cluster). The “Innovation Park” which promotes social affairs among occupants serves as a place for open innovation and communication. Providing wet labs that can be partitioned into labs of multiple sizes and “incubation lab” (DADC project) specializing in the field of life science has made the facility more accessible for start-up businesses. Low-cost pipe coverings on the façade are laid out rhythmically, and together with the adjacent KCMI, contribute as a leading design for the cityscape of the future development.
