This project was planned as a symbol of the knowledge and information of the Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone. The new campus development embodies three themes: “an intellectual campus that grows together with the natural environment,” “the image of crystallized advanced technology and organic development of facilities based on consideration of the environment,” and “facilities to deliver the best educational environment, nurture abundant sensitivity, and encourage human growth.”
