To make sure this facility can always perform leading-edge R&D, we thoroughly applied modularization and provided exterior building services shafts and maintenance balconies to facilitate service equipment updates, and ensured maximum flexibility. In addition, we appropriately designed applicable environmental technologies, like cool pits and rainwater use, to realize a clear and simple building based on economic rationality. Our layout plan left the original trees in place wherever possible, out of consideration for the view from main roads and as a measure against the heat island effect.
